Band History
The Recliners are a collective of seven musicians with wide-ranging musical interests; it has been called Iowa City's most eclectic band, with material ranging from folk rock to bluegrass to Irish tunes. The group includes two physicians, a nurse, a neurology research scientist, two psychologists, and a realtor/ English instructor. The Recliners have been a perennial favorite at municipal concerts in the Iowa City area.
