Bermuda Report

(Roeder, "Little Village," Jan. 2011) In Spring 2010, five musicians met in an Iowa City basement with nothing more than a pile of instruments and a wish. That wish was to play - abandoning what they knew of genre and convention. To "play," in the true sense of the word. As basement jams gave way to original material, they had a hell of a time recounting heartbreaks, break downs, stride, grit, light and blending sounds they loved. They played their first show in Summer 2010, released their first EP in Winter and look forward to grooving into 2011.
