Band History
Public Property has been a staple of the Iowa City music scene for years, but rumor has it that their reign is about to end. They will play their final show at a venue that has become a home field of sorts for the band, the Iowa City Yacht Club. Public Property, simply put, is a good-time band. Using reggae as their root sound and blending in almost every other imaginable music genre, the seven-piece band creates a relaxing and highly danceable environment for their audience.
