Get your hands dirty and dip into our stream study. Explore what’s in the mud; learn about plant and critter life, and practice your fishing techniques. The Cedar Rapids Park and Recreation Deptartment, Iowa DNR and Linn County Conservation Department cosponsor this program at Bever Park in Cedar Rapids. Register by calling 286-5731. Bring a sack lunch not needing refrigeration and a bottle of water. Dress to wade in the stream. Cost is $12 per 8-11 year-old student.
