Description
Shaken or stirred? Come in for an evening with Elizabeth Hill, chef at Cedar Ridge Vineyards and graduate of Johnson & Wales culinary arts program, and learn how classic and nouveau cocktails are crafted. On top of that, learn how to pair cocktails with small eats called tapas. The night will include crafting three knock-your socks-off cocktails paired with fried stuffed olives, zippy shrimp and mango toasts, and canapés of berries, goat cheese, and rich dark chocolate. Spirits from Cedar Ridge Distillery will be featured. (Must be 21 & over.) Pre-registration required. Call 378-0762 or stop by the Customer Service Desk.
