Exploring the broadness of salad making, from a fresh and artistic angle, Chef Gaby Weir , from “back to the table” in Iowa City, will not only demonstrate light green salads using fresh ingredients and light vinaigrettes, she will also show you how to make simple ingredients look like a million bucks! Chef Gaby will show you how to prepare Arugula, Pears and Sea Salt Chocolate with Blackberry Vinaigrette; Green Mango, Zucchini and Radish Carpaccio with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis; baby greens tossed in light lemon-garlic vinaigrette, garnished with raw beets slices, walnuts and edible flowers and a main dish Steak Fajita Salad.
