Chef Gaby will show you how to prepare Arugula, Pears and Sea Salt Chocolate with Blackberry Vinaigrette; Green Mango, Zucchini and Radish Carpaccio with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis; baby greens tossed in light lemon-garlic vinaigrette, garnished with raw beets slices, walnuts and edible flowers and a main dish Steak Fajita Salad.
