A Festival of Chamber Music Inspired by Literature - presents Arnold Schoenberg's Pierrot Lunaire which premiered in 1912. The work is based on 21 poems and was written for soprano and a chamber ensemble. This performance will include projects of the translations of the songs, lighting and costuming which will evoke the premiere performance.
