Eighty Years Through the Lens Trailer

Documentary film about 89 year Cedar Rapids resident will have it's premier screening on June 28th. This 30 minute film has been in production for eighteen months and depicts the life, photographic work and adventures of George Henry a longtime Cedar Rapidian, Coe College photographer, river rafting guide and photographer of wild black bears.

This 30 minute documentary tells the life story of notable Cedar Rapidian and distinguished Coe College alumnus George Henry. The film proceeds chronologically from George’s service as a World War II bomber pilot to his long photographic career and his adventures in the wild. Signed copies of the DVD will be available at showing. This event will be 50 minutes long with the 30 minute film being followed by 20 minutes of Q&A with George Henry and Kevin Kelly
