Description
This class focuses on breathing and gentle weight shifting in coordination with arm motions. This class is a combination of Tai Chi and Qigong principles, and promotes relaxation, balance, and coordination. This class emphasizes breathing combined with simple seated and standing exercises, and is ideal for those with arthritis. Participants are encouraged to work to their individual level of fitness. This class runs for 6 weeks and costs $20 for all 6 sessions, or $5 for a single class drop in fee. Please call 319-373-7311 for more information and registration.
