The Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival and Hy-Vee Food and Drug Stores present country music singer JoDee Messina at Kirkwood Community College on Saturday, June 30th. Messina has sold over five million albums and had nine #1 singles including Heads Carolina, Tails California, Bye Bye, Bring on the Rain, Burn, Stand Beside Me, and I'm Alright.
Hailey Whitters is a Cedar Rapids area native that has been carving out a career for herself as a singer and songwriter in Nashville, and is charming her way to becoming a country music favorite. The Hailey Whitters Band will give the Freedom Festival audience a little bit of rock, bluegrass and of course, some traditional country.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children (8 and under) or $25 at the gate. Tickets are available at the Freedom Festival office, online at freedomfestival.com or at the gate.
