Come out with the family for free family run! Bounce House, Trick or Treating, Face painting, Papa Balloon, crafts, activities, 30 plus vendors, and our 2nd annual National Halloween Costume Swap! There will be giveaways and more fun to be announce soon!!! Please visit our Halloween Costume Swap Cedar Rapids & Iowa City Facebook page for more information on how to SWAP your children's costumes for a gently used "new to them" one! During the event visit Macaroni Kid at the Information booth to receive information on how to win prizes and where to find those tricks or treats!
