Drop off your swap-able (gently used and clean) costumes at the Cedar Rapids Public Library in the Seuss Room. In exchange for your costume(s) you will be given a Swap Ticket to be brought back for the event on October 13 from 10-2 PM. So, this event is a win win for everyone! Our 2nd Annual Halloween Costume Swap event will be during a “Merry NOT Scary Family Fun Day” at the Westdale Mall. This will include a bounce house, free children activities, face painting, balloons, the Cedar Rapids Fire Department with a tour of a fire truck, Cookies for Kids Bake Sale, Trick or Treating and so much more! This event is a partnership between the Macaroni Kid organization and the Cedar Rapids Public Library.
