Description
Take it from the granddaughter of The Iowa State Fair’s “Pie Lady,” pie is an art you too can master. Chef Elizabeth Hill will teach you how to make a tried and true pie crust that takes 10 minutes from start to finish and easily weaves for a lattice top. Then learn how to make three award winning pies: tart cherry apricot port, classic French silk and raspberry lemon meringue. Finally, as always, learn to make a killer cocktail that, can it be, tastes like pie! Join us for a delightful evening. (Must be 21 & over to sample cocktail) Pre-registration required.
