Chef Elizabeth Hill will show you everything you need to know, toothpicks to ice, to host a holiday cocktail party. She will show you how to set-up a bar, recommend value-priced spirits and prepare four cocktails that you can make to impress your guests: herbed apricot punch, spice pear margaritas, classic egg nog and persimmon sparklers. Chef Elizabeth will prepare two appetizers that you can make ahead and set-out before your guests arrive: cilantro garlic chutney and a savory winter tart.
