Join Chef Liz Clark in class as she takes you on a holiday travelogue around Europe with her elegantly prepared holiday dinner. You will enjoy warm kale salad dressed with dates and pine nuts; Tornedos Choron (a beef filet crowned with crabmeat, mushrooms and Sauce Choron) and brie mashed potatoes, gainfully rich and so right for Christmas. We will garnish our festive plate with cutouts of bell pepper holly. For the grand finale, Chef Liz will prepare a steaming Rehrucken, Germany’s answer to the holiday Yule log.
