Children's Theatre of Cedar Rapids presents "Disney's The Little Mermaid Jr., The Musical" at Kennedy High School. Ariel, the youngest daughter of King Triton longs to get out of the sea and live with the humans. Her father forbids her and she seeks out the help of the sea witch Ursula. Ursula makes a deal and puts her plans into play to rule the sea by making sure Ariel does not fall in love with the prince. The prince and Ariel fall in love and it takes a team of underwater inhabitants to help free Ariel and her father from Ursula’s evil plan. November 29-December 1st.
