The Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance is teaming up with the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival to host a spectacular day of events during this year's Fire & Ice Festival, presented by CenturyLink, and happening Dec. 1 in downtown Cedar Rapids!
New this year to this annual festival are the North Pole Activities in Greene Square Park from 3 to 6 p.m. Activities will include Turkey Bowling, Holiday Toss, Ice Sculpting, Carriage Rides and the North Pole Express children’s train.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to meet Santa, see the City Tree Lighting Ceremony and more . Warm up with the Chili Challenge, hosted in the Armstrong Centre Food Court before the 29th Annual Holiday DeLight Parade begins at 6 p.m.
