Description
Sometimes taking a breather can be just what you need to get you through a hectic week. Join us once a month for our Yoga and Wine class. First, our instructor will lead the group through a 45-minute relaxation yoga session. We will follow this with a social glass of wine to enhance the relaxation. Still feeling tense? Sign up for 10-minute chair massage. Then head home to get your PJs on and call it a day!
Abilities of all levels are welcome. Both from a yoga AND wine drinking perspective. Bring your yoga mat and we will take care of the rest!
