A class for the brave, curious and bold!
Demonstrations include chorizo bacon and tongue tacos with guacamole and pickled onions, smoky black bean soup with pig’s feet and anticuchos (beef heart and chicken gizzards on skewers).
All meat served during class will be locally sourced, organic and fresh or properly preserved. Bring a hearty appetite and plan to leave happy and full!
