Join Lori as she carefully cooks for you and shows you how to prepare this menu for your Valentine: Soupe au Pistou verte (green zucchini soup with garlic and basil garnish); Medallions de Porc Sautés a la Crème (medallions of pork loin sautéed with herbs and cream); Epinards Gratines au Fromage (spinach gratinéd with cheese); Tomatoes Farcies a la Provençale (tomatoes baked with herbal breadcrumb topping); Gateau au Chocolat (French chocolate cake).
