Description
Sunday Suppers is a unique cooking-dining experience. In this hands-on cooking class, participants work in groups to prepare one of the courses under Chef Denise Bushnell's guidance then sit down at a communal table to enjoy the fruits of their labor. This month we will be making traditional pork and vegetable egg rolls, a clear soup and a crisp green salad with creamy ginger dressing. Then for the main course, we will fire up the wok to make Chicken and Shrimp Stir Fry with Sesame Ginger Sauce followed by Sake Poached Pears for dessert. A glass of wine will be served with dinner. (Must be 21 & over) Class is limited to 12 participants. Pre-registration required. Stop by the customer service counter or call 378-0762.
