Description
Join Luke Peters, Hy-Vee executive chef, as he discusses a variety of knives, what they are used for, knife safety and maintenance. Chef Luke will then teach you the French traditional cuts of julienne, brunoise, small, medium & large dice.
You will practice your skills in class. Bring your own sharpened 8” chef knife or one will be provided for your use. This is a hands-on class and is limited to 10 participants. This class fills quickly so don’t wait to register. Pre-registration required. Call 378-0762 or stop by the customer service counter.
