Join Hy-Vee executive chef, Luke Peters, as he shares his expertise in guiding you through the basics of making sushi. You will learn sushi lingo, how to cook and season rice, how to work with nori and tips on how to make a professional roll. In class, you will make a California Roll, Fried Nagoya Roll and Spicy Ahi Tuna Roll. Come and join the fun. This is a hands-on class where you stand around the counter and roll and sample your own sushi. Class is limited to 10. Pre-registration and pre-payment required.
