Coe College's ROTC program, a total of 14 cadets and 2 cadre, partnered with Hu Hot Mongolian Grill in order to raise money for the Mighty Hawkeye Battalion's Military Ball hosted in Iowa City. Hu Hot Mongolian Grill helps fundraisers by hosting what they call "Helping Hands Nights." At this event Coe's ROTC cadets will be assisting Hu Hot employees bus tables and raise awareness of the fundraiser. In return Hu Hot gives us 10% of their night's profits and 100% of tips towards our cause.
