Cedar Rapids Washington students are putting some style in to Earth Week. Monday, April 23 at 6:30 p.m., you can see how fashionable trash and junk can be. Students are designing outfits with not-so-typical fabrics such as shopping bags, rope, plastic bags and wrappers. The event is a fundraiser intended to bring awareness to “green-recycling” and put a fun spin on it through fashion.
