About this Place
Sutliff Cider is located in East-Central Iowa close to the historic Cedar River crossing at Sutliff. Best known for its old trestle bridge, Sutliff is a small, unincorporated town that attracts visitors looking for a scenic drive or bike ride. The cider facility is about five miles north of the town along Sutliff Road between Lisbon and Sutliff. They use two of our historic farm buildings to press the apple juice, ferment, and bottle our delicious products. They make our cider throughout the year and it is available at many grocery stores, restaurants, and bars in Iowa.
The tasting room opened in July 2008 in the ground level of the 120 year old barn on the estate. Stop by to check out the barn, orchard ciders and live music on Sundays.
They are open Saturdays and Sundays between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. through November.
